FSE (Full Silicone Encapsulation) refers to our proprietary vacuum silicone encapsulation manufacturing process.

SilicShield™ is the commercial brand name for LED display products manufactured with this FSE process.

Every LED pixel and IC is fully sealed in solid silicone under vacuum casting. There are no air gaps or intermediate plastic shells. This FSE process gives SilicShield™ series outstanding IP65 waterproof, dustproof, salt-spray and anti-corrosion performance, stable heat dissipation and low maintenance for harsh-environment projects.
